Hell, I've held a door open for another guy on occasion. Courtesy is courtesy. On the rare occasion when I go out for a few drinks with a couple of friends, we all tend to "top up" each other' beer mugs, too. Although that may simply be a case of an ulterior motive of more quickly ordering another.

Oh, and P.S., dmann. I'm glad to hear you had an okay time. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and all that, y'know? It's a game of numbers (or so I've heard).
