MacScan: FUD or real threats?

I Googled a few of the trojans and keyloggers on their list of detected malware. I did find some stuff about a couple of the trojans: they generally seem to be disguised as kracks for pirated software, so if you don't warez, you'll never run into 'em. The keyloggers look like commercial or shareware apps. And there was some VNC-like screensharing app that's also on the malware list, too, for who knows what reason...
