More patient's keep me waiting than I ever keep waiting. I don't double book and expect you to get here on time. And when you are a new patient and I tell you to come 15 mins early so you can fill out the paperwork, please DO SO.

Ok, rant off. And off to see my new patient who is STILL filling out the paperwork.
