.. .Let me add that I have no problems with most doctors. ..most DON't overbook. . .just a few I have had experiences with did so. . .the problems is much more common for repair/cable/servicemen. ..
for some reason I always get the person that if they say from 9-5. ..either never shows up or comes a bit after 5. ..I never get the one that comes @ 9. ..
