Early to mid March, you're looking at highs in the 70s mostly, lows in the 50s at night. Great weather for walking around the parks, but not really warm enough for any of the water attractions (Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon or Wet n Wild).
As far as crowds, March is a transition month. Canadian kids have their spring break in March, so you will get some of that crowd. And the snowbirds haven't begun their migration back north, so they're still around too. But all in all, it's an excellent time to come down here.
