WMV conversion?

1, Audio content would be a WM*A* file, not a WM*V* file.

2. VLC and MPlayer, just updated today, should be able to play these.

3. VLC can do conversions, but really you could use WireTap or Audio Hijack to do the conversion (in real time) to preserve them in a more universal format.

4. Your library must hate its customer base. Using WMP9 guarantees that most of their clientele will not be able to play the content, since 9 requires a pretty recent computer and the most recent version of Windows. They may want to rethink this, or open up a second hotline for complaints.
