Then, should it cause a problem, you can back right out with a minimum of fuss. It's still a goog idea to reinstall the OS every year or so, especially if you have a pristine install with apps saved on an external drive or DVD somewhere. I use an application called Deploy Center, and keep my documents on a separate partition so restoring the OS/Apps doesn't cause me a lot of grief. Windows just isn't an easy OS to live with..
Great suggestion there, olnacl! Since it's been a over year since my last fresh installation, I might as well take advantage of this opportunity to partition my 160 Gig hard drive. What should the size of the OS partition be?
I am wondering if owners of MBP running Parallel have to reinstall Windows OS annually as well.
