10.4.10 is not equivalent to 10.4.1
Those periods are NOT decimals.
It is like having two IP addresses: 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.10, both of which are separate and distinct.

192.168.1.1
192.168.1.2
192.168.1.3
192.168.1.4
192.168.1.5
192.168.1.6
192.168.1.7
192.168.1.8
192.168.1.9
192.168.1.10
192.168.1.11
