What apps do you use to test for bad RAM in Tiger?

ran REMBER again for 24 hours, this time no errors.

Just wondering before I pull stuff apart and do a general clean-out and disk replacement, etc.

I need a multi-slot dedicated RAM tester machine! That would do it!
