boxes. discs, & licenses w/ the s/w..., plus. FWIW, in state deal so add'l tax savings (sort of, anyway)... I thought seller would be doing better than buyer at that price... we'll see if the phone rings for tech support by tomorrow... I'm sure he'll need help w/ Leopard upgrade, resetting user accounts, etc...
