Just watched about 4 different networks and they said this is the worst thing that could have happened to Hillary (finishing 3rd). Each of them laid out a path how this really helps Obama further on down the line. At the very least it showed a state that is 95% white favors a black man for President on the Democratic side. They also pointed out that with this first win, it should actually increase voters for him in other states. Theory being that many wouldn't have been likely to come out and vote for him if he lost because it would present the picture that he couldn't win. Now all bets are off.
They also did point out that this in no way (as noted above) is an indication that he will be the candidate for certain. Each of the news shows all raved about Obama's speech afterward and noted that Bill looked "devastated" as he stood by Hillary during her same old "stump speech".
