QS 933 shuts down/restarts after couple of hours?

Yep, I have a 933 (great machine but getting a bit long in the tooth) and a couple of years ago it started to act "flakey"...went through all of the rigmarole and found out in the end that the CPU fan was totally clogged up. That's why I almost always immediately suggest it might be overheating.
Indeed, I had to replace the CPU cooling fan in my QS last year as it was dying a horrible noisy squeeling death! got a new one from here:
