Looking for a new camera...what do you think

Right now I have a little Gateway that was a super deal for $99 some years ago. 5 megapixels, 3x optical.

I've looked at other shoot and point cameras, but at the most, they are limited to 5x zoom.

I really would like something with more kick, with at least 10x zoom.

I know I'll be taking it hit in terms of size, but I want something more powerful.

My price range is less than $200.
