healthy lunches

-any type of fruit (apples, peaches, nectarines, pears, whatever you like)
-rice cakes (lots of different flavors available)
-whole grain pretzels (whole wheat, oat bran, etc)
-homemade granola (low fat)
-nuts (almonds, etc)
-raisins
-prunes

those are a few ideas. now I'm hungry...
