healthy lunches

I've got crackers (unsalted tops) and peanut butter at my desk for those days when I can't manage to bring something in. I also have canned soup but I'll probably have to give that away since I'm on a limited diet these days (and the Progresso soups have too much sodium anyway). I usually had an apple handy but am currently substituting the small containers of applesauce.
