Nature's Path makes a cereal called Flax Plus that's a really good, crunchy snack.
Sounds terrible, but it has a sweet taste but without all the added sugar. I eat it when I get a craving for chips or something crunchy.
I measured serving sizes into little plastic bags, and took blueberries in another bag. I also packaged 4 oz servings of deli turkey and kept it in a cooler lunchbag.
A lot of people like granola, but a half cup of granola is 170 calories or so...lots of calories for just a little bit of snack.
