Will John McCain debate tomorrow night?

I think McCain will show up for sure. Now a day or two later, it is clear he has bungled this stunt. The reports of him wandering around DC today, uninvolved with the negotiations, just reinforce the sense that he suspended his campaign without thinking through what that meant.

I can't see how he can not show up for the presidential debate.
