There is NOTHING in the Supreme Court docket that in any way indicates that any of this is true. That the petition has not yet been denied does not mean that the case has been accepted. Obviously Souter had to make a ruling on the injunction right away since it called for immediate action. The only evidence you have to the contrary is some right-wing nutcase's blog entry. You don't think the major news orgs (especially Fox News) would be all over this? Give it up! Your neverending repetition of this crapola is making you look dumber and dumber.
