moviebiz, I had never heard of Flexnet before your mention of it. I've also never had a problem
with Adobe CSx licensing either on my MacPro at home, MacPro at work or on my Powerbook,
nor has Little Snitch ever alerted me to a process named Flexnet. Did some googling on it and
saw some Adobe tech notes on it, and found the FLEXnet Publisher folder in the top-level
Library/Preferences folder.
