Illinois off the most corrupt hook; how does your state measure up?

Feh. By counting from 1997 to 2006, that list left off Spiro Agnew and Marvin Mandel, back-to-back governors with corruption convictions, though only Mandel went to the pokey. That means Maryland should be higher on the list. We want a recount!

Mandel should have been convicted for his suits alone. He was a small man and wore the loudest plaids imaginable in the 1970s, and that was saying something.
