My heart does not go out to these poor prisoners in TX

I might be a bad person for saying this, but I can't get myself all worked-up and feeling sorry for these guys, nor do I see any basis for lawsuits. (td)

So many "free citizens" suffered so much more (from this very same storm and hurricane), while these guys were kept in relative safety, coming through the storm just fine in the end.
