I don't have names for what I make.
I often find myself just cutting up a couple red/green peppers, an onion, and maybe some eggplant, tossing them all into a skillet and cooking them down with some soy or some thai curry sauce, then add that to rice. Really easy. Only as smelly as you want it to be in terms of adding spices and sauces. You can also add chicken or tofu depending on your intended audience.
