Yes, just call any pharmacy, and they will be glad to answer your question. I've done it a number of times, and they've always been glad to help. As a general rule, the acetaminophen would be the best choice, because the ibuprofen can act as a blood thinner, as does aspirin, which is why those two are not recommended in combination. Still, a call to a pharmacist regarding the interaction with the Plavix and atenolol is the best way to get an answer to your question. I mean, we're good, but there's a limit!
