I'm not going to get in an argument about this. The buyer wants Leopard on it. I can sell him the retail disc if he wants, if he passes, he can and probably will buy a copy later (or maybe 10.6) when he wants to.
Don't mean to offend anyone here w/my lax attitude towards the Rules.
