I wasn't going to get into the moral question any further, but I will say this: I do understand how some people can get upset about non-strict adherence to the EULA. If you're a software programmer, you want everyone to rightly pay for software, and can get understandably touchy about the subject. If you're a musician, you want everyone to rightly pay for use of music.
I also understand that when some kid downloads a copy of a song by 50¢, the millionaire rapper is not hurting from it, and that kid should not be jailed.
edit: now that I read your last post above, C-ris: ok, now I'm a greedy thief w/no morals. But again, you neither know me, nor do you know how this iMac transaction will end. If the buyer pays for the software, then you're unjustly accusing, which I understand is also some sort of sin.
