Sorry, I did not have time to answer properly early.
Glad OP has found a solution. But I've seen this and related questions posted from time to time, so I thought I'd post how we handle this on my family's machines.
If someone has music from the cloud, then what I do at home:
1) Make a new user account on the home Mac.
2) Download all of the files to the Mac. Syncing from the iPhone should put all of the music on the Mac, right? If not, you can download the music again from iTunes.
3) Modern Apple music files have no DRM. Worst case, you might need to convert from AAC to MP3.
4) Then get the Android phone, and upload the mp3s to the Android via whatever music file management software you use.
