Speedy is correct. You were reviewing the seller and not the product. You probably clicked on the "review product button" when you should have clicked on the "review seller" button.
Same thing happened to me when I ordered an iPad Pro folio cover. I was concerned about the weight and the listing details said 6oz but when it came, the cover actually weighted 9oz.
I reviewed the procuct, complaining about the inaccurate listing and Amazon cancelled my review. I then put the same text under "review seller"

Thank you for submitting a customer review.

Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. After carefully reviewing your submission, your review could not be posted to the website. While we appreciate your time and comments, reviews must adhere to the following guidelines:
http://www.amazon.com/review-guidelines

NOT IP68 WATERPROOF!

Even though they are titled and sold as "IP68" (which is submersible), and show pictures of it under water, what they sent is listed as IP65 (NOT submersible) on the package.

They look like good quality lights. I'm hoping the labeling on the box is erroneous, because I'm going to be submersing them, and if they fail, the review goes to one star and the item gets returned.

A few common issues to keep in mind:

Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it. Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at www.amazon.com/feedback.
We do not allow profane or obscene content. This applies to adult products too.
Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively are considered spam.
Please do not include URLs external to Amazon or personally identifiable content in your review.
Any attempt to manipulate Community content or features, including contributing false, misleading, or inauthentic content, is strictly prohibited.

Now that is information I'd like to hear from a reviewer. There's an ambiguity in the listing that is of vital importance. Even if it was a user error of failing to read some fine print, I appreciate being alerted.

I am curious if I were to give it a 5 start and use the exact same text, would it go through or not? that would be an interesting test.
