That two-faced turd and friend of Republican Senators, Jonathan Turley, met them for a private lunch where he outlined how he’d argue it’s unconstitutional.
That got ‘em all ginned up and feelin’ great about strutting around. But senators are not allowed to decide unilaterally what’s “constitutional,” it’s just a convenient crutch, rhetoric signifying nothing unless there’s a SCOTUS trial that settles the assertion.
Once again, and as expected, they will ignore evidence and argue they should all be doing something else. Anything, but applying law to evidence.

Weak attempt to avoid being put on the record in support of sedition. When public testimony begins, indictments come down, and members of police, military, and congress start looking at decades in prison, that won't look so hot.

While governing by consensus is bound to fail, this constant "let's vote" nonsense does nothing more than further alienate each side.
Rand Paul needs to exit the Senate. He's really not a useful voice in Congress.
