Which online seller do you trust the least?

MegaMacs. They done me wrong once, and a call to them got me a slimy stonewall.

I had a good experience with Buy.com last week. Well, I guess you could say the outcome was OK. I ordered a bunch of junk that included 2 $10 mice. They charged for 2 but I received one. I emailed their customer service and they emailed back to ask if the box looked like it had been open and was it big enough for the 2 mice. I told them, not opened and too small for 2 mice. (they were shipped separately from the rest of my order)

They sent me another and I got it in 3 days.

Not really bad service, of course they could have sent me the 2 mice to start with and we both could have avoided the hassle.

I have to admit, I've got a couple of things from Buy.com that were faulty, one was a few dollar solar yard marker that worked literally for <30 seconds. And reading online, it turned out that a number of buyers had the same experience. (Their RMA return process seemed efficient enough, except I had already pitched the packaging, and altered the item, so no return for ME.)

So I get the impression they're not exactly vetting the merchandise very hard.

Buy.com? I order from them a lot and have never had any kind of problem. What issues have you had?
