I have no problem differentiating between Castro and Bush: one has been fairly handicapped since the 60s and the other one is in the Caribbean.

Did Bush actually break a law?
Further, who is supposed to penalize Bush (or any American President) - is it not supposed to be the American People and under our system of government and justice? Did we really allow a President to break laws and get away with it? In all reality, Bush hasn't been charged with any crimes. If he were to travel outside the US and some representatives were to attempt to apprehend him, what response would his Secret Service detail provide? Would they allow a former American President to simply be arrested? Would they defend him? Would there be a shoot out? And while I know very little to nothing about Cuba and Castro, all I can say is that the people seemed to have supported Castro over the American-backed Batista because they went with the revolution that propelled Castro to power. Had Castro not risen, it could have been worse (I hear all of Miami rioting in anger now).
