Did not happen yet and probably not going to happen today.

Last two times they did this, both times it was mid-day, it started around 10-11 AM I think.

Also they did not post any WARN act notice, but also didn't post last time. So maybe they found a way to avoid posting these WARN notices? from what I understand, the number of affected employees is large enough that it should trigger a WARN act notice.

That is unlikely. There are various types of highly specialized engineers, software development, you can't just cut random people without understand what departments would be affected.
