From some of the crap I've seen on the book stands, anybody can write a book. That's not to say that everybody can write a GOOD book. But who am I to prejudge Sara's first book? I'll leave it to you clairvoyants.
Is there really a publisher stupid enough to pay Palin $7 million for a book?

Good deal for the first wave due to bragging rights. After a few thousand you'd have to judge the value on merit alone. Would it be tax deducible?

Given the WalMart contingency, there's a strong market for books as trophies--sitting on the shelf, never read. Cuts out the taxidermists, but hey, everybody's downsizing.
