Thats because you're not exhibiting signs of denial.

When presented with facts that don't jive with your world view, simply say, "But do we KNOW that?" and forge ahead.

the only place you find mention of the issue is in the blogosphere. The media (right and left) has not touched it. Even the Alan Keyes suit is not covered and he has "standing" in that he has two electoral votes so has a vested interest. No matter which side you fall on, you have to wonder why the media is reluctant to even mention what could be the biggest Constitutional Issue in 100 years.

No wondering here. No one else is "touching" this because it has no merit, and to do so would make them look like incompetants.

"U. S. SUPREME COURT AWAITS RESPONSE TO
BERG'S WRIT OF CERTIORARI
FROM OBAMA, DNC and Co-DEFENDANTS

(Contact information and PDF at end)

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 11/07/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants. Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008....."

So it appears SCOTUS will make some decision on the case.

Sorry libs, you can't deny. It will be heard. The American people will have an answer one way or another.

Strangely, although Swampy has cited incontrovertible sources, a search of the Supreme Court docket for "obama" yields this:

Supreme Court website wrote:
No. 08-570
Title:
Philip J. Berg, Petitioner
v.
Barack Obama, et al.
Docketed: October 31, 2008
Lower Ct: United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
Case Nos.: (08-4340)
Rule 11

~~~Date~~~ ~~~~~~~Proceedings and Orders~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oct 30 2008 Petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment filed. (Response due December 1, 2008)
Oct 31 2008 Application (08A391) for an injunction pending disposition of the petition for a writ of certiorari, submitted to Justice Souter.
Nov 3 2008 Supplemental brief of applicant Philip J. Berg filed.
Nov 3 2008 Application (08A391) denied by Justice Souter.
Nov 18 2008 Waiver of right of respondents Federal Election Commission, et al. to respond filed.
Obviously, this means that there must be an error on the Supreme Court docket.
Here's all I can find on the Supreme Court website when searching the docket for Obama.
It appears that the SCOTUS DID make some decision on both cases on November 3rd.
Great minds think alike! Yours is more complete because I didn't bother with the second one since the writ was denied.
It all makes sense, now. Obama really did travel to Hawaii to kill his Grandmother because she was going to out him as not being born there. I read it on the internets.
