That's what I am saying. The combination can cause liver problems. Probably not, since this is a one-time thing, with small quantities, but why push it.

Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) affect your platelet function (as does Plavix and aspirin).

Acetominophen (Tyelnol) has no effect on platelets, but can affect the liver in high enough doses.

Some say that B12 can alleviate the side-effects of alcohol intoxication. I used to take one of my wife's prenatal vitamins, along with a liter of water to prevent hangovers - back in the old days when that used to be an issue.

On the plus side of the night, I made a hell of a shot playing pool. The cue ball was about two inches behind the eight ball, on a straight line to the only other ball I had to sink, which was kissing the rail a few inches from a corner pocket. I actually "hopped" the cue ball over the eight, and sunk the ball. And this was in the midst of my second Cosmo! That may be a routine shot for you regular players, but I haven't played pool in almost as long a time as I've had several drinks in a row. The other guys were duly impressed.

Did you hit the cue ball from the top or did you slide under?

If the latter, you're lucky. That's an illegal jump and it'd get you strung up by your privates in some bars.
