I recently inquired about having it done, but was told that there wasn't a standard or unified system. Furthermore, my dogs don't travel (leaving them vulnerable to getting lost at airports, dog shows, and such) and we keep them in the house or fenced back yard. Didn't seem like much point, all things considered.
