I think McDonald's is the most neglected POWERFUL brand out there. They should put the McD's brand/logo, etc. on tons of things and partnerships. They focus TOO MUCH on their restaurants and food, imo.

You made a couple of typos there. It's "restaurants" and "food". Who on earth would call a McDonald's outlet a restaurant? I'm also not sure why you think it's a powerful brand...is it because it makes me feel queasy when I see the golden arches?

Well that's not food for a superiority complex.


McDonald's latest effort to get people to stay after they've eaten seems at odds to attempts in the last decade to shorten the amount of time retirees sit soaking up the heat and air having purchased the minimum fish sandwich and coffee.

But most of them are gone by noon-ish. (I mean-- most of them have left by noon-ish.)

When did greasy spoons, fast food joints and burger stands make the transition to being called restaurants? Twenty or thirty years ago someone would laugh if you called a McDonald's a restaurant.
