It's typically foolish. After railing about exactly the same behavior from a Republican Congress/White House for almost a decade, the Democrats are doing the same thing, and wonder why the same arguments they used against Bush & co are falling on their heads.

Umm... unlike the previous 8 years, the Dems are at least trying to work with the other side, up until they give them the hand. Not too sure if you know, but during most of the Bush years they would not even consider the opposing viewpoint in committee. But, you are aware of that, correct?
