We can't even get many parents to put their own children in car seats or make them wear seat belts - why should we protect their children from wackos with guns?
I see it all the time on the road: kids not belted in, people holding infants or toddlers on their laps.
Nobody will really know with certainty the vision of our Founding Fathers. The best we can do is study and interpret.
I'm not in agreement with this writer, but his focus is on the 2nd Amendment and how it should be interpreted. Some of his points are well-made, but I still don't agree with them.

My father taught me that every RIGHT comes with a corresponding RESPONSIBILITY. Even God-given rights, and rights set forth in our country's by-laws.
