Happy Easter!

Easter has the strangest of all our holiday rituals, IMO. Dyeing eggs, hiding them for a hunt for the kids, Easter baskets full of chocolate goodies, all as a religious celebration. Seems rather cult-like, doncha think?

What do they do in Japan, GuyGene? Philippines, haiku man?

Yep, by far one of THE strangest. considering what it's supposed to celebrate or remember, it's totally out to lunch.

Christmas too, IMO, but at least there's no BUNNY...

I guess flying reindeer and elves make up for that..plus Santa's IMPOSSIBLE schedule.

Easter is rather barbaric and ugly in the Philippines.
