I thought this was a Borowitz report.

Me too!
Me three.
isn't it frightening that what normal people consider humor and comedy turns out it's reality for these MAGA idiots?

The problem was that the twinks who are running the show got rid of anything that said Gay. Anyone with the last name Gay was also removed. It was a mistake, because knowing code does not automatically mean you have any common sense let alone knowledge of the real world. These are the people who are performing all the changes to our government data. We are lucky they haven't accidentally set off some missiles.

Speaking of Gay and the military:

“True Towel Tales”

These six ads for Cannon towels date from 1943-44. Based on real GI stories during World War Two, the scenes look rather homoerotic now but caused no controversy at the time of publication. They were illustrated by Stevan Dohanos, Fred Ludekens and James Bingham. Cannon also made sheets and hosiery.

George H. Gay was a hero (of sorts - at least famous, and a survivor of being shot down) of the battle of Midway.

Or, he was. He’s probably been cancelled now.

Probably a program that just wholesale stripped anything matching certain keywords.

Wonder if they are the same people writing Tesla's FSD code?

There was a company that my wife was familiar with that changed it's corporate name. The old name was a family name and their website also included names and bio's of various authors associated with them.

When the corporate name changed it looked like someone just did a global search and replace of the company name on the entire website, and in the process also changed the last names of some of the authors that happened to have the same last name as the old company name.

Context matters!!

Too Gay, you say?

With apologies to the citizens of Hiroshima… you never deserved this. Does anyone?

Gotta wonder what's going to happen when their AI hits the Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Cognitive Abilities (a Standard intelligence test - these IQ type tests are given to lots of kids all the time in schools all over the USA and also to plenty of service personnel) Whooie!

(and for extra giggles, The authors are Richard Woodcock and Mary E. Bonner Johnson - No, you can't make this shiznit up! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Woodcock–J..._Abilities)

Perhaps DJT should be given this test since it can be administered from age two to the oldest adults. We'll find out just how stable of a genius he might be.
