Everytime i grab an open window, to move around or change the size, it automatically maximizes.
It is driving me crazy and I don't know where to turn off this new "option'.
Anybody?

I’ve noticed this same irritating behavior.

Hated it. Turned it off. I think.... Settings > Desktop and Dock > Windows > Drag Windows to screen edges to tile AND drag windows to menu bar to fill screen.

I'm still at Sonoma, but hate when accidentally clicking in the title bar of a window, it expands vertically or horizontally, and one false click after that, it can't easily be returned to its former state.
This probably goes back farther than Sonoma.

Drag the window to the top of the screen and it maximizes.
Drag it up again immediately and it goes back to the original size.

I miss the windowshade feature from OS9.
Collapsing a window to the dock works, but I found windowshade to be handier when bouncing between windows.
