>>Most small busted women are self conscious about it, as are most overly large busted women.
What would be the appropriate target cup size?
After all, this is the age of Photoshop.

You really don't think there's a black and white, right or wrong answer to that question, do you ?

The basic question is do women CARE?
It's either no, yes, or sometimes.
Then, from that, the question is pretty much a judgement on how NOT to crop/frame/take a photo (wrt chest area).
Seems simple enough.

I think MacMission should post that "beautiful scenic shot" and let us judge.

Copy all the faces onto your version of the ideal woman body.
It's the only fair thing to do.
Seriously though, in my career as a creative director at a very large photo studio I've come across many awkward situations like this. GO for tasteful flattery as suggested.
Here's a quick story that is equally awkward.
During a photoshoot for florring, yes wooden flooring, I was asked to be the dude in the "How TO Install" pictures. SO they took several shots of me and they picked the images they wanted in each step of the how to install section.
One part of my duties there was to mark up images for retouching as needed. Now, keep in mind that we shot lots of stuff here, even stuff for ladies underwear/catalogs etc so you get used to pointing out flaws of any kind etc and it's no big deal. Well it turns out the image that they chose of me squatting to install the floor, had well, ummm "over-accentuated crotch details" so to speak. SO I was forced into the situation of having to decide whether or not to circle my own crotch in the photo and mark it up to "de-emphasize shadows" or to let it go into production as is. To add to this, the person I was handing this off to was a female co-worker that I sort of had a thing for but we always keep thing professional.
I ended up not marking it up for correction out of embarrassment. I mean , can you imagine handing a photo to a pretty coworker and saying, "can you get rid of this bulge in my crotch for me? Thanks!"
