that you think you should start writing down the stories they tell and the things they do?
Buck (48 year old gay Southerner lost somewhere between "Gone With the Wind" and "The Adams Family) and Mary (his 80 year old mother who inherited 2 Plantations from relatives (including Buck's dead father).
Buck drives a 1970's Rolls Royce that he bought with their last dime, after he had 2 slightly run down plantation homes torn down (so "No one would ever live in his family home that did not have the family name). He sold the land (producing timber farm) for 25% of what it is probably worth, so he could buy Victorian Antiques (Both homes were once full of these, but he burnt them for firewood ). He then sold the Victorian Antiques for pennies on the dollar. He now likes period French furniture and purchased a $15,000 silver box that belonged to Wallis Simpson, but no one will pay that for it because it is damaged.
His sweet mother Mary (who nearly died in childbirth with (Buck), lives with him. She looks like a cross between a character in a William Faulkener story and something in " Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte" or "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane" She is propped up in a chair and rarely moves.
Well, the two of them are now penniless and living on Mary's SSI. Today, Buck says that he is looking for an apartment in my area because their place has a wall to wall mirrors in the Living Room and Mary talks to herself in it "from sunrise to sunset".
Uh - huh.
