Before the election, as long as Trumps withdraws from the presidential race. Do you think Trump would take this offer?

Trump will stay in the race as long as possible, to better con witless deplorables into paying off his legal bills.

Yep, every one of these indictments is like the "dock-donk" sound on Law and Order. Literally the sound of his bank accounts being stuffed full of $$$. It's sickening.

There’s a ‘tenet’, if that’s the right word, in law that you can put anything in a contract that you like, but if it’s illegal, it doesn’t suddenly become legal just because it’s in a contract. You also can’t sign away your rights based on a contract.
There’s no way such an agreement wouldn’t end up challenged in court. Trump ‘signing away’ his right to run for office sounds like the meat and potatoes for a legal battle to end all legal battles. The bloodiest of red meat for Trump supporters to sink their teeth into and howl self righteously like never before. I could see it turning the 2024 election into a crazed charnel house that it might take months at a minimum to mop up. With the tendency of events to skew towards chaos these days, I would be less than shocked to possibly see concern at the United Nations level, if not even election observers.

He's had, if not the most ethical, at least some of the best legal advise on US law that money can buy and it appears that advise is the best way to avoid being found guilty is through the political process.
He's in it to stay or until he can play ALL prosecutors to a draw.

Charlie Manson should have run for President. Could have saved him years of iron bunk time.
