Since we just ended "war on terror" I don't see why we can't end this war too. What happened to War on Poverty by the way? We must have won it quite a while ago.

The War on Poverty ended when everyone was automatically qualified for a subprime loan regardless.

The War on Drugs ended when everyone simply "Say No To Drugs".
We are still fighting for the War on Obesity tho'.

Not to hijack the topic, but is there a nation where narcotic drugs are legal and taxed accordingly? If there is one, how successful, is that nation in its war on drugs?
