THERE'S the big problem. They are NOT advertising this as being for "entertainment use". Quite the opposite... they're claiming a level of accuracy which is obviously nowhere near. I would have no problem with their using these percentages so long as they warn the user that it's not likely to be that accurate, as you say, an average estimate.

And as for the health predictions... well, that's why their kit got pulled.
